I don't know if it should be sued out of existence - I doubt that would help the population in Fresno - but the way this played out seems problematic from here and I worry about the girl. I even worry about the boy, he seems ratified in his aggression. Plus I worry about similar cases coming down the pike. So... I can imagine someone questioning this on legal issues.
