CRT building technical questions

So, I've dismantled a dead CRT TV, and I plan to use its CRT. I want to build a CRT controller, that only uses composite video signal, to control the CRT, so no OSD/menu/anything. Just pure video signal.

Before anything - I have the flyback transformer, and all components in mint condition, only the board is dismantled.

The questions are:
- What are the usual voltages to control a CRT (the pins, not the EHT voltage...)? What waveform?
- What are the usual voltages to control the deflection coils? What waveform?
