The judge just assigned to the Trump v. Cohen case is named Darrin P. Gayles.
He is an Obama appointee,
and wait for it….
He is the first openly gay Black district court judge.

I’m gonna research it now with fingers crossed!

It is if the Judge has shielded them and the judge did because of the Orange Shitgibbon's reputation for attempting manipulation, as he tried in Georgia with elections officials. He was a butthole for even asking. I think he was going to see if he could get lucky or maybe he was dog whistling a potential MAGAt in the Court system to slip it to him.

I like that very much. He hasn't much luck with the Judges he's appointed so far. Maybe this Judge will slam the gate on him before his baloney motions start flooding in on the court.

Believe it or not, hearing his name (which I will not use) pisses me off most. I fear what some publicity hack once said: There's no such thing as bad press.

And the longer he's not at trial, the more I catch myself starting to think of terrible ways he could be gotten rid of. That is not healthy.
