Now, I'll allow that the old geezer might not have had time to memorize the moves and practice them. We've seen videos of him trying to "dance" and it's obvious that he's not particularly gifted in coordinating the movement of his body. He even admits to having difficulty walking down stairs. The Japanese have one of the most intricately aesthetic cultures on the planet and why they even thought to put the bumbling dotard through such an excruciating display is really puzzling.
His clumsy mistakes are even more obvious in
this video and the whole world laughed at it.
