The question is whether Trump is a delusional narcissist and believes everything he says or a coldly calculating, psychopathic liar. I think he's a combination of both, and it would be nearly impossible for a psychiatrist to tell the difference, much less himself.

That interview was an abomination. Trump probably thought it was a winner for him...he "stood up" to some reporters. Anyone with a brain had to see it as a classic loss.
