12 people will decide Mr. Trump's legal fate
A 12-person jury in a New York court is about to decide whether Trump is guilty or not on charges of paying hush money to porn stars, a decision that could have a major impact on the presidential election.
The Manhattan criminal trial of Donald Trump in the case of falsifying business records to cover up unfavorable information during his 2016 election campaign is gradually coming to an end. After more than a month of oral arguments chaired by judge Juan Merchan, this week the 12-person jury will make the most important decision: Mr. Trump is guilty or not.
After the trial? Disbar Trump attorney, Todd Blanche.

Anyone who gets involved with Trump ends up paying a price way beyond whatever they thought they were going to get in return for their involvement.
At some point, anyone with a brain will avoid him no matter what!
The American electorate should be the first to get that lesson learned down pat!

What is the reason for a debate between Biden and Trump? Is it possible that there are still some undecided, independent voters? Does biden gain anything by agreeing to debate, or is trump the winner no matter what because all he wants to do is enthuse his followers to go to the polls?
Biden is not going to convince any Republicans to vote for him, and Biden is not dynamic enough of a speaker to encourage people to actually go to the polls. On the other hand, watching Trump act like a maniac might do the trick because they might be scared enough of a Trump win to be motivated to vote against him.
Trump has a huge advantage over Biden because Biden is restricted and bound to truth and honesty. His answers must fall within the boundaries of a basic human ethic. Prevaricating, lying, and raving like a lunatic would only lose him votes and respect.
Trump on the other hand, has no restrictions. He's not bound by honesty, truth, or the appearance of sanity. He has never been honest, truthful, respectable, or sane, nevertheless, his followers are mesmerized by him. Trump can emit exhortations of loud noxious gases from his mouth for hours without losing any of his followers. They don't hear what he says except for a few key phrases and words that they respond to. They are mesmerized, they're in love, and they only hear certain suggestions and phrases.
To Trump, a debate is just another rally but it has more gravity because it's an official debate on television which will reach millions instead of thousands.
Trump can't lose because he can just spout gibberish and rave for an hour and still reinforce the fervor of his crowd. No matter how articulate Biden is, virtually nothing he says will increase the fervor of democrats and encourage people to go to the polls. They already know trump is nuts, and that's motivation enough.
Biden is not going to convince any Republicans to vote for him,
He already has. Or maybe Trump himself has convinced this republican.

It cannot be said that the two men have always been one heart and one soul. But in recent months, tech billionaire Elon Musk and Donald Trump, who have been increasingly moving to the right politically for some time, have apparently forged ever closer ties.
According to a report in the Wall Street Journal, the former US president and Musk are said to have discussed a possible advisory role in the event of an election victory next November.
NEW YORK (The Borowitz Report)—Calling the situation a “rigged disgrace,” Donald J. Trump said on Thursday it is “totally unfair” that he is not on the jury of his trial.
“You have these twelve losers in a room, trying to figure out what the hell was going on,” he told reporters. “Meanwhile, I was there the whole time and know everything, but I’m not allowed to be a juror? This is like some kind of banana republic.”
“I saw the movie ‘Twelve Angry Men,’” Trump continued. “I should be one of those angry men. I would be the angriest man, by far.”
Blasting Judge Juan Merchan, Trump said, “Look at him. Look at where he’s from. I’m not going to name the place, but he’s from a very bad place. That’s why he won’t let me be a juror. I'd be a juror if Aileen Cannon was the judge.”
