What does "- @DeanObeidallah" mean by Snood?

I checked up DeanObeidallah's facebook and found one message there. The message goes like this:

Joe Biden's Atoney General will truly have no choice but to appoint an independent special counsel to investigate Trump's election fraud and attempted coup. It's the only way to rebuild confidence in our democracy.

So I guess that by "- @DeanObeidallah", Snood meant to call DeanObeidallah to comment it. Am I on the right track?

Usually such a call would have sent a message or notice by PM to the called. But it seems A2K doesn't have that function and whether the Dean would receive it is questionable.

in this case, the @ symbol has nothing to do with A2k.

Snood was not trying to contact him...
