Problem after Starting the ENgine of 2000 Dodge Caravan SE

after i startup the car the engine makes a loud noise like its scratching or something and sounds really horrible but when i start driving the sound is gone. does anyone know what the problem might be?

when i start the car theres grinding sounds and im thinking its the valve body but not sure does anyone here that might know or have any advice??
and how much it may costs. thanks alot......
