Self-pardoning indicates he knows darned well that he has done wrong.

No it doesn't.

Outlawing the Democratic Party will put an end to their abuse of power.

@oralloy,
accepting a pardon is an admission of guilt. Fact jack.

You really need to get out of the game room more often

@oralloy,
pass the 28th amendment first. then lets see how easy your proposal of "outlawing a political party" would be

@farmerman,
Completely sure. I've also explained why a few times, but grow weary of repeating myself.

@oralloy,
So, by your selective way of thinking, I can dismiss Citizens United and Heller ,?
They dont matter either.

Youre a bluff you know?

@farmerman,
Dismiss Heller if you like, but you can't honestly dismiss the Second Amendment itself.

There is nothing even remotely selective about my reasoning.

You are the only person here who bluffs. I can actually back up my factual claims. When was the last time you've backed up any of your claims?

@oralloy,
actually you cannot> I say this because you are obviously totally and symmetrically unaware of the history of what our CFR says and whether specific areas about which you opine have ever been adjudicated. Yet, ignorance be damned, you display your dimmy logic and actually believe you know of what you speak. Amazing.

Remember, our intellects are merely a presumed measure of our potential. Even E.Power Biggs had to learn to play the organ and had to practice to become a virtuoso. He didnt do it by osmosis

I told you before, I'm not a lawyer. Nor do I respond to impertinent demands to perform tasks by people I don't even know for their apparent satisfaction. I'd suggest you refer to the specifics of the case argued in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. The court records will explain the legal details far better than I can.

Hear are the other potentially problematic areas which I listed:

Conflict of interest

Abuse of power

Revealing state secrets

Conspiring to commit campaign finance violations

If you wish to know what specific laws are alleged to have been violated I suggest you do your own research. I suspect that if any illegal behavior is discovered the details will become available during the trial.

Great answer...but do not start jumping through his hoops, Hightor.

That is all he and his side have left...to deflect by asking people to jump through hoops.

Anyone with a brain realizes the possible crimes that should be prosecuted.

But...he must defend his Fuhrer...and so...he deflects.

Each time you jump through one of his hoops...all he will do is to set up another.

I've provided cites upon request for every factual claim that I've ever made.

You are the one who runs away without ever backing up his claims.

Note your failure to point out any errors in my logic.

That's because I do. Thus my aforementioned ability to back up all of my facts.

@Frank Apisa,
Exactly, it’s a form of moral cowardice to demand information only available to those with access to various legal document.

It’s fairly obvious that Trump is acting like a traitor, refusing to criticise Putin, even going so far as to attack American intelligence. Having off the record meetings and having sex with Putin’s prostitutes.

If you want to make a claim you should be prepared to back it up.

If you can't back up your claims then you should not be making them.
