Does anyone know any Documentary/TV Shows where they go behind the scenes of real businesses like the profit, but, real successful businesses instead of saving broken businesses, something similar suits (doesn't have to be about law), scrubs(doesn't have to be about doctors) and/or studio 60 on the sunset strip, but real life, not fiction. (excluding shark tank)

There's "Undercover Boss" where they have executives go work in the business they run. Usually the film in fast food restaurants or something like that. They always end with the executive having a new appreciation of what the life of a front line worker is like. It can be pretty interesting.
