Needing Artist Signature Identification Please

Hi! Have another Artist Print a Stone Lithograph I am not sure the date but by the vintage look might be 1950's 60's needing the Signature Identified. Stone Litho. Measures 22.5 x 17 Inches and has 2 inches of Margin. Thank You for your Help! Sincerely, Gary K.

It looks like the artist's name is "H. Naire". I searched for an artist by that name, but couldn't find anything. I also did a Google Images search for the signature, with no results. Sorry. Many good artists have gone unrecognized, or been forgotten with the passage of time.
