Can you substitute rice flour with wheat flour in baking? Or is there another kind of flour I can use?

I don't think rice flour would make a very good bread. You might try Spelt. I know people with ciliac disease and that's what they use nsead of wheat flour.

rice flour creates a MUCH diffrent texture then most recipes call for.
Try a small amount of it first. Because of its consistency , you will have to adjust the amount of rice flour you use if it is a substitute.
My husband has ciliac as well. It has proven very hard to find breads that he can eat.
There are packaged rice breads, and rice cream deserts out there.. but for making them yourself at home, you may want to check websites specified to ciliac and see if they have any tried and true things you can do.
