@Dr Sliptinschit,
Trump may be the least intelligent president in our history but Wilson and A. Johnson both come to mind as racists who predate Trump and I am fairly sure there are other racist presidents that did not come to my mind.

Side note Trump had been playing the racial,crime,religion cards fairly smoothly an given his low IQ I wonder who had been coaching him.
