The OC = Dull dull blahhh blahh

lol. Yeah I don't like the O.C. as well!

It's so....... dry. Yeah.

That's exactly to the tee how I felt for a little while. I was sure the show was a soap opera or something. But I had to watch because my friends loved the show.

After two episodes, I was completely hooked. The show has a great sense of humor. And while on the surface it seems like a soap opera or something, the storylines move and change so fast that it's almost the exact opposite. Just two episodes later, everything is completely different.

But I mostly like the show for the humor and the satire in it.

I'm so hooked and I thought the same thing initially. It's addicting though - i love it!

I tried watching the OC because I couldn't find the remote in time and it gave me a strong urge to inject black tar heroin into each of my eyeballs... So I don't know, I don't recommend the show? Rich white teens with bothersome social lives is just too much excitement for anyone.

I really wanted to love the show cause I love soap operas....but I don´t know....Nothing really interesting happens...she kisses him, he kissed another girl, the other girls kissed him and so on....

I like the actors, they look like Soap Opera-people have to be, I think...
But a bit more action please......

And what I don´t like is the end of every episode...I love the typical clifhanger....something really dramatic happens, you sit on your couch, mouth and eyes wide open and than: The End of the episode...and you just want to know what will happen...you can´t wait a whole week...you know what I mean? And with OC? At the end of an episode they always laugh and hug each other....mh....

I don't mind the hugging and laughing... Is it just me? I don't like the show because it feels dry. Yeah I don't quite get what I mean myself.

pola i know what you mean about the she kisses him, he kissed another girl, the other girls kissed him , it's all abit repetative for me , and i like huggin and laughin but not every minute , it's too cheesy for me , i'd rather watch someone being slapped at the end of an episode , hahah that would be a great end.

This show's gone downhill after the first season. I mean the first season was great. Then, I think the producers/writers ran out of idea. So they started putting in absurd story lines (marissa gay!?!? C'mon!). I've completely stopped watching this. A total waste of time.
