Permutation test_PLS-DA

Good morning to everyone. I have a question concerning the permutation test in PLS-DA. I have two models, in the first one I have only one Q-value to the left that is higher than the original model and in the second model I have only three Q-values higher than the original model. I would like to ask if I acccept the model or do I claim tha the model is not valid
