NO - Because the universal 'Test' is based on fked-up criteria.
You CANNOT Test For a virus UNLESS you have "1ST" ISOLATED AND PURIFIED Said VIRUS! NEITHER OF THESE "PRELIMINARY" STAGES HAVE OCCURED!!!

Am I Not being clear?

I read that in early-January China released the genetic code for the coronavirus.

I don't know if China could do this without first isolating and/or purifying it.
