What a weird list. Get Smart and MST3k are both satires, for example-- and the former is a satire of the spy genre, not sci fi.

@jespah,
All lists are highly subjective and this one is full of weirdness.

Look at Max Headroom, brackets series close brackets.

The Max Headroom trailer was a good bit of science fiction about how he was created in a dystopian future world. The series wasn't science fiction at all, it was a load of pop videos with him as the DJ.

Samurai Jack is just a cartoon ninja killing huge amounts of people every episode, and that's it.

@Real Music,
Odd that Heroes didn't show up in the top 100 at all, considering its first season was very popular.

I'm guessing the last 3 seasons and the Reborn miniseries dragged its rating down.

Also, none of the superhero shows are on the list, both traditional (Flash, Smallville, Agents of SHIELD) and the unorthodox (Umbrella Academy, Watchmen, Doom Patrol). Which is weird as most of those are heavy with science fiction elements (aliens, lab experiments, time travel, robots).

@Rebelofnj,
There’s no Quatermass which set the tone for lots of future sf/horror.
