Please help. I have a Ecowater water softener, model ECR3000R30, SN 22219, date code 04363. It is leaking through the drain tube non-stop and I would like to try kit #7218688 but I can't find one to purchase anywhere. Called the local dealer and they tried but they said the parts are no longer available. They even tried calling the manufacturer and two other dealers but no one had them.
Any idea where I could buy these parts?

So sorry but I have never used your types of softener so I can't give you any suggestions. However, I am using a Tier1. I purchased this because it seemed like a good deal compared to a comparable brand-name smart valve water softener. I installed it without any problems and it works great! It seems to be of high quality.
