Hi,
I am conducting an experiment where I am assesing 4 groups undergoing 2 treatments. 3 groups have recieved same treatment and 1 group has recieved the other treatment. I have averaged values of the 3 groups. It is a pre and post experiment. I want to compare the data for both pre groups. After testing their normality one group is normal the other is not. Would someone be able to tell me if I should conduct a non parametric test on this data to compare? Such as Kruskal-Wallis?
Or is there another way of making the second data set normal other than using a transformation?
Thank you!
