Temporal spacing between meals and last meal of the day

What is the ideal temporal spacing between meals (and is it body type-dependent), and when should one have the last meal of the day (when going to be sleep at 10 pm). Also is it true that the meal size should be the size of your fist?
Thank you!

I'll wait with you for a real answer. Meanwhile, I follow the single rule of the Miss Piggy Plan: never eat more than you can lift.

How old are you? How tall are you? Are you an male or female? Invalid or lumberjack?

No one diet fits all people.

What noddy says is true and best. There is no pat answer that is right for every person. Personally, I eat when I am hungry, not because a clock tells me to. That could be a horrible way for some people to eat. Like, what if you are hungry all the time? Or barely hungry ever at all?
See what I mean?
