Direct X DX90

Yesterday my computer was converted from Windows 98 to XP and after downloading one of my yahoo paid games, I got an error message saying I need <Direct X DX90>.

Can anyone tell me where I can get this?

You can get Direct X 9.0C (latest release) from Microsoft HERE
