Circuit for double oven

I want to replace a single oven with a double oven. The double oven requires a 40amp circuit. When I checked my single oven circuit it is on already on a 40amp dedicated circuit. I am assuming then I should be okay with the existing 40amp circuit. Am I correct? Thanks
