I bought a Rainsoft Computerized "Q2" Valve Treatment System in 1998. I have had no problems with system it has been great. Until 2 days ago. I think the computer board is out. Mad

I have power up to the board, but nothing is illuminated (nothing works). Does anyone have any ideas? Does anyone know where I could get a new board for a 7 year old system? The local dealer I purcahsed it from is no longer around. The closest dealer is over 100 miles away... If anyone can help. Please reply ASAP. Laughing

The Q2 is obsolete.

Try this...

Pull the plug then pull the battery. Let it sit for at least 5 minutes.
Install a brand new battery, plug it back in and see if it will hold a program.

By any chance did you get hit by lightning? Check the fuse on the Q.
