How to do a paired samples test with a Poisson distribution in SPSS

Each source is in a unique row. There are two dependent measures (A & B) and each is in a unique column. Both dependent measures are Poisson distributions. I want to determine if A differs from B. If the data were in a normal distribution, I would simply use a paired-samples t-test. If it were an independent samples comparison, I would use a Poisson regression. I am not sure how to analyze this data, and I am hoping that someone can provide a solution that involves SPSS. Thanks in advance.

@Michael-EIGHT,
Not sure if SPSS does it but you likely want to use a rank sum test.
