Planning your baby's gender

We have almost equal ratio of men and women (not 1 man for 3-10 women or vice versa). I started thinking about it. When I worked in the men's team I noticed, that women from this team have only female children. I know, that most of you will think, that it is absurd, but I suppose, that baby's gender is determined by women's eyes. Something like this "Oh, men surround me, I'm to produce a girls" or "Oh, women surround me, I'm to produce a boys". Are there women among you, who worked in the women's team before childbirth? What gender of baby do you have?
