Much of my personality is derived from life experiences, many of which occurred somewhat at random through a combination of events unlikely to occur should even a minor factor of my life.

Given that I would have been treated entirely differently my entire life my personality would have been completely different making the question rather impossible to answer.

However chances are that I would bear a resonable degree of simularity to my sister if I had been born with an X chromosone replacing my Y.

That's really not the answer you wanted is it? Should I have made something up?
