Everyone gets older, most of us make it to 18. Underage people filmed in 1949 are still underage on film.

This is a legal question. Are you sure you are correct? From what I see, it is illegal for adults producing pornography to employ performers under 18.

If this is video taken by people when they were children, it is unclear to me if the law applies.
