Victoria, it is.

Have you got time to post, Walter?
Just for fun and C.J. They DO have statues in the U.S. that show private parts:
Virginia dares.
Obviously the US. A university monument?
That was just a fun thing, Dutchy. It's a statue of Virginia Dare, the first white child born in America. It is in Manteo, North Carolina on the Outer Banks. You may not know of The Lost Colony.
You go, honey.
Virginia? Just kidding again, Dutchy.
U.S.?
Ok, let's get a direction. Southeast U.S.?
Oops. Crossed posts again. Okay, is the place around the Great Lakes?
Couple of States to the East.
That structure resembles New England architecture, Dutchy. Ok, is it as far Northeast as Maine?
Looks vaguely like something one might find in, or around, Ohio.
I've learned to trust Gus' judgement when he is serious. Well, is that house the home of someone famous, Dutchy?
Letty it is in a New England town and it is Historic Building, three States east of Ohio Gus.

Another angle. Hint: presently used as a Post office.
