Sorry to be away so long.
Yes, a very notable fellow indeed.
Known for his predictions.
This place is about 700km from Paris.

Michel de Nostredame(Michael of Our Lady), whose latinized name was Nostradamus, was born on December 14th, 1503, 11 years after Christopher Columbus discovered the New World. Nostradamus' home town of St. Remy de Provence, was located in France. His family, of Jewish decent, converted from Judaism to Catholicism when Nostradamus was still a young boy.

Sorry, George. Can't locate the picture.

George, it would help me a lot if you would just say, "Over to you, Letty."(in Latin, of course) Razz

Was it okay to go ahead and post a place, buddy?

I know, George. I can't tell you how playing around with this thread helps me get my mind off "real life." I have no intentions of "crying the blues" here, so I will say no more, but I really do appreciate your verification, honey.

So, we are now in Virginia, having a break and sipping a bourbon?

Mint julep, if you please, Francis. Actually, honey, you are half right, but that's to be expected. At least you don't talk out of both sides of your mouth. <smile>

Well, Francis, with all those hints, I do hope our Dutchy will make an appearance; however, they may not eat fried chicken in Australia, but they do have derbies, I'll bet.

Aussies eat fried chicken, at least since 1968.

Seriously, Francis. Explain something to me, since this is a forum that caters to the experts. What, exactly do you do to locate the places so quickly. I know that you have traveled, but that's not what I mean. You once said that knowing what words to type in was crucial, and I believe it, but you never seem to type the wrong ones. Since I realize that you haven't been to my place, I am really curious.
