Looking at the bicycles I'd say The Netherlands, but that building ruin has me confused and makes me have doubt about the low country. I'll have to go for Germany?

Ah! I just did "properties" on the pic and spotted "Perth", so was pretty sure it was Oz or Scotland.
Why it had Perth, when it was Melbourne, I don't know, but google brought it up anyway.
