Hehe, it is San Diego, Miss Letty, but no Hotel.
That building is actually named after a famous person,
who is a household name, especially with children.

Yes, the Geisel Library at UCSD is correct, satt.

Miss Letty, Dr. Seuss real name was Ted Geisel and he
lived here in town. His widow had donated considerable
amounts of money to UCSD, and the new library was
named after him. Dr. Seuss library seemed a bit infantil,
so they'd chosen his real name.

I thought Ted Geisel was a serial killer. Wasn't he the guy that killed all those nuns in Cleveland? Back in '39?
