In Europe, we still have a poltical meaning to "Central Europe" inherited from the communist era.

Communist satellite countries like Czechoslovakia, Hungary, and so on were "Central Europe".

But the country of the picture is not one of those...

Ha, I've been there. This is the Dorint Hotel Tower in Augsburg .
The architecture is similar to the twin towers in Chicago.
