It's not a music school, although the institution shown on this island is famous for it's music. Because I'm not musical, I have no idea what a euphonia is, but I love the way they're discarded on the grass while the girl, who is not much larger than the euphonia, runs in the door.
Not Mexico (c.i. already tried that), spin the globe more.
Oh, and when I say "famous", I mean in the region -- doubtful that anyone in North America would know this fame.

No, not South America. The building is, of course, a church. What is unique is the building material, which to my knowledge, is only used in this island's archipelago.
