Italy, yes. But not Bologna this time.
Getting back to Table Mountain in Cape Town. The cable car that goes up this mountain rotates as it goes up. The only one I've seen do this. If my memory serves, I believe the cable cars were built in Switzerland.
Probably have a watch movement in the roof then.

First clue is, the pictures are of the building's interior. The exterior is not particularly special, but the interior is sumptious.
Second clue, water is involved and you can see a fountain there.
Also, as you can see it is linked to a garden or small park.
Okay let's kick this on a bit.
