Yes it is Tico. I actually drove by a couple of weeks ago
and the arena looks from the outside like a giant plastic
thing. Changes colors too, depending who is playing
(soccer).

Several movies. The main one I'm thinking of, certainly the most famous, was supposed to be set in Ohio. I don't think of it as an "English" movie, but it was shot entirely in England.

And I think you could call it a comedy (among other things :wink: ).
