@Walter Hinteler,
BTW, that was the Pampas Restaurant at Farmer's Market/The Grove.

Is that Wein?

@Lightwizard,
No, but Europe is correct.

(And they've got "Wein" [vine] there, too.)

@Walter Hinteler,
It was a stab in the dark as the Wien (no transposition) Cathedral is near a bridge.

Yes, my uncle Paul,who worked at CBS down the street, loved Du-Pars.. we had family breakfasts there sometimes.

@ossobuco,
We'd often stop by The Luau Room across from CBS on Fairfax which was an after work watering hole where many celebrities showed up and, in fact, when I had the gallery and lighting showroom in Lido Village, the owner of the sailing school there turned out to be someone I had known back then. Du-Pars or Cantor's Deli were often where we would eat afterwards. One of my roommates in Laguna Beach worked for Carol Burnett, so the show would often be on the day's agenda.

@Lightwizard,
Luau room, I remember that - well, not very much, might have been in there once. Cantor's a bunch more. And there was an all night place on La Cienega somewhat north of Wilshire that I forget the name of.. on the west side of the street.

(Sorry for the distraction, folks, but it's fun to remember these places..)
