Europe is correct.

It's not a town hall- it had been a government building, but the purpose now is "art related".

Actually - and here I have to correct a previous post - it was first a gallery and only later (for a short period) a government building. (And today ... a gallery.)

Have looked at many galleries today to no avail, time we narrow it down to a particular Country. Are we in Germany?
