I figured it was a monument dealing with a Chinese biggie, Dutchy. Mao Tse tung? and would your place be in a Northern state or Southern state.

I found a very similar statue of Chiang Kai-shek in Hawaii, but it's in a garden so definitely not the same one.

Just out of curiosity, would Hawaii be considered a southern state by y'all?
