Yes, I believe so. He's based out of Albuquerque.

It is the Science Center... very cool. I see it's by Predock, I often like his work. He did a building at our local botanic garden..

Looks like something, which is called in German "Felsenkeller" ('rock cellar'), usually a brewery or a beer/wine storehouse (in a cellar).

A brewery in the USA?
