Advert with a moose

I was having a conversation with Phil earlier about roadkill (... as you do - the car in front of me killed a pheasant on the bipass today) and about how some things would just trash your car... case in point a moose

Anyway a while back there was an advert for a car where it was gonna hit a moose and the moose saw it's life flash before it, including a polaroid entitled "me aged 7"

It might have been for Vauxhall, but it's been annoying me trying to work out what it was!! Any ideas anyone??
