What test should I use on SPSS?

The question is:
Is there statistical significant difference on the means of the scale of job satisfaction of (a) teachers and headmasters, (b) more and less experienced teachers, (c) teachers who work in rural and urban schools and, (d) teachers who have a master degree and those who do not have a master degree, between the schools that are classified into two different categories.
