I thought it was Pepsi and Pop rocks that did the damage.

Do you? I really don't drink either, but when I need a caffeine/sugar rush, I go with the Coke.

And I think the term you're looking for is "Massholes."

That's one term. I'm not a soda drinker myself and I find it odd that many of those who do drink it are so loyal to one brand or another.

Here in New Brunswick if you ask for a soda they may ask what that is. Soda is called "pop" here. Took me awhile to get use to that. I'm not a big soda drinker either. I may have one in a month.

Why do you find it odd k? Because they taste so similar? I love Coke, but despise Pepsi, it tastes terrible, to me. 7-11 should give me an honorary plaque for all my purchases of Big Gulps.

By the way, Coke (and maybe Pepsi too) tastes different in different parts of the country since they use local water in their regional bottling plants. I can tell the difference. We always wondered why the coke in the little green bottles in Mississippi tasted so much better than it did in Washington, D.C. Thats why.

I like RC Cola too, but they can't get a word in edgewise with the Pepsi-Coke oligopoly.

actually my first choices in soda would be crush or 7up, but it was a choice between coke or pepsi, I head for the pepsi.

I can't stand Pepsi !! When I was in Jo'burg recently, we went to see India play against Australia in the World Cup. Since the event was being sponsered by Pepsi, I was sure that I will not get any coke in the stadium, so I took a couple of bottles with me. Imagine my surprise when they did not even let me take those in the stadium, as one of the conditions of sponsership was NO COKE ANYWHERE !!!

Damn, I had to drink beer all day Wink
