I am attempting to figure out how I will conduct a study and what statistical method to use.

My study is comparing two machines, one old and one new. I want to compare the error rates to show which machine is more reliable. The data for a whole year was already available to me. I utilized 3 old machines and 3 new machines.

What would be the best way to show this data and compare the two?
