I have a ten year old Manx mix male. One pupil seems quite normal in size while the other is considerably smaller. Is this something with witch I should be concerned?
I have no idea.
I guess if it were my cat, if there were no signs of distress I wouldn't rush to an emergency vet appointment.
But a phone call to the vet during office hours is probably a good idea, just in case it does happen to be something that needs addressing.
