In the days before MOT tests

We once had a car before Mots were introducted, my neighbours actually remember the car,One neighbour said that we three children would put our legs either on backseat or in the air,the reason being the car had no floor!

One neighbour remembers looking in the driver's department and seeing that it was basically gears and brakes.

Thankfully none of us three children went under, or it might have been a case of for someone or other,for the job for which we are about to do may we be truly graceful!

One person told me that he saw a truck stop at a traffic light and when it drove off,it left its axle behind.

Another person's car disintregated when hit by a deer!

Those were the good ole days.
