Trouble eliminating startup password

I’ve tried using ‘run’ and typing in ‘netplwz’ or ‘controluserpasswords2’, but I just get a little message saying those things can’t be found, and to check my spelling. I am running Windows 10 Home. How can I get rid of the %&@}}!?! password request that comes up automatically at startup?
