I currently live in Caracas, Venezuela (South America), but I am going through the migration process to Australia with the help of an agent! Hope to be moving to Australia by next year!

You do know what the initials KKK signifies to Americans, right?

I wasn't being patronizing but I was understanding that there are cultural differences between countries. There are certainly plenty of cultural references in Australia that I am not aware of.

I just wanted you to know that over here, the letters kkk have a pretty strong assiciation with racial hatred....

The title of your post has the affect of someone writing "Aussie to the Nazi".

I wasnt actually trying to get you guys all geed up... just thought it sounded cool and trying to get peoples attention.. (obviously it worked) i understand that the kkk has a much stronger meaning in the usa and i apoligise if i have hurt anyones belief or culture but i hope that you can take it as a joke and i only usned the initials kkk because it rhymed with usa not for the reason that it may have standed for the klu klux klan...

Um, ebrown is right. I clicked on your thread because to me it clearly states USA = KKK, or in better to understand terms, the US is a bunch of white, black-hating racists. And frankly I don't appreciate it.

Regardless of your intention, your meaning is coming through just as I stated above. If you don't care, (which I don't believe since you've said you didn't mean to hurt anyones feelings) great but in the future you might want to be a little smarter about the titles you choose. :wink:

I agree with Bella and E-brown... and im an Aussie. Sure rhyming is fun and can be witty, but when it makes sence and doesnt offend. In this case it refers to America being linked with a black hating community.

The next time that you try to be clever, take in to account your wording i think the saying goes : "Think about you say before you open your mouth" in this case before you type
