Most vehicle manufacturers don't recommend more than 10% Ethanol because it will deteriorate rubber seals.

Same with straight Biodiesel. It can be bad for the rubber hoses in your vehicle. This is mainly a concern if you have an older ride that uses natural rubber. Newer synthetic material is more resistant.
