RUNZA ? I really love them and sometimes have a dozen delivered by family when they come and visit.
If you like pastrami or corned beef then want something better.Come to Montreal and experience our smoked meet esp. @ Schwartz on St. Laurent Ave. It is so far outstanding that monthly visits might be order thereafter.

Depends on the pizza. Those greasy ass pizzas from crap Greek sub shops are, and Pizzeria Uno, for example, is absolutely loaded with saturated fat. Easily can surpass the calories and fat in a Big Mac if you eat like a pig.
Trader Joe's has a veggie pizza with 5 or so grams of fat.
Well, yeah! Some burgers are worse for you than others, too.
