I am actually interested in the results, so everyone please actually vote.
I'm a skim man myself.
1% That is when I actually drink it.
does the vitamin d option mean no milk?
I've been drinking skim for so long that whole milk is like Elmer's glue now.
I buy skim when I shop at Safeway because they have that "Skim Supreme" that they trick up so that it isn't like milk-water.
If I shop somewhere else I buy 1%.
I've been drinking skim for a long time. Trying to get back to 2% on a regular basis. Doc suggests it's a better idea. Ok. I'm trying, but I don't much like it.
I rarely drink milk, when I do it's 2% in a cap or mocha.
2%. Skim tastes nasty to me.
Skim, and not much of it.
I think the purpose of cow milk is to make little calves into big cows. Rarely touch the stuff myself and if I do it's organic. I think all those hormones pumped into the cows effect our bodies - maybe that's why I now see so many young girls with such large breasts.
1% if I must. Have been trying to getmyself drinking soymilk, but the hill's too steep so far.
I, like Slappy, would like to know why your doctor recommends 2%. Do you need to gain weight? You are just skin and bones.
Vitamin D milk is about 3.25%. It is recommended for babies, but it is too thick for me. My brother, however, loves the stuff.
Skim and plain unsweetened soy.
Lactaid or Dairy Ease is my choice (I am lactose intolerant!) in the Skim variety!
2% and only use it on breakfast cereal.
Skim. Love 2% .... too much fat though.....
My boyz drink skim milk. The younger one can't even handle the taste/texture of 2% anymore!
Of course I would prefer it if they did not drink cows milk at all.
I use soy milk or coconut milk for family cooking.
I like the taste of low carb milk. If I can't get that,
than 2 %, and for my coffee I use whipping cream. I can't
stand that skim milk stuff.
CalamityJane,
When my kids first started drinking skim milk, or when they had friends over, it was a big joke that they were not actually drinking milk, they were drinking blue water!
